§1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the provision of electronic services through the website available at edubert.com (hereinafter: "Service") and the EduBert mobile application (hereinafter: "Application").
The Service Provider is PHU MAST Stefan Mazurek, registered at ul. Bolesława Prusa 45A/87, 05-800 Pruszków, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 9661804059, REGON: 200695125 (hereinafter: "Service Provider").

The Service is an educational platform for children aged 5 and older, offering interactive math games in an adventure narrative format.
Use of the Service requires acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.§2. Definitions
- User — a natural person who has registered with the Service; only parents or legal guardians of children may register.
- Child Profile — a child's account created and managed by the User.
- FREE Account — a free account with limited access (1 Child Profile, Level 1 of each game).
- PREMIUM Account — a paid account with full access (up to 5 Child Profiles, all levels and features).
- Subscription — a recurring payment for a PREMIUM Account (monthly or yearly).
- Parent PIN — a 4-digit code set by the User to protect the Parent Panel.
- Parent Panel — the section of the Service for managing Child Profiles, monitoring progress, and managing subscriptions.
§3. Conditions of Use
Registration is free and requires an email address and password.
Only adults (persons with full legal capacity) may register.
The User must set a Parent PIN upon first login.
The User is responsible for the security of their account, password, and PIN.
One User may have one account. Accounts may not be shared with third parties.
Registration requires email address verification by clicking the activation link sent to the provided address.§4. Scope of Services
FREE Account: 1 Child Profile, Level 1 of each game, basic features.
PREMIUM Account: up to 5 Child Profiles, all 10 levels, full progress monitoring, access to all future games.
Email notifications:
- Users receive weekly reports on their child's progress (included in FREE and PREMIUM accounts).
- Users may optionally consent to receiving marketing communications (news, promotions).
- Notification preferences can be managed in Parent Panel → Settings.
§5. Payments and Subscriptions
PREMIUM prices: Monthly €6.99 / 19.99 PLN. Yearly €69.90 / 199.90 PLN (2 months free).
Currency determined by language selection (English → EUR, Polish → PLN).
Payments processed by Stripe, Inc. The Service Provider does not store payment card data.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via Parent Panel → Manage Subscription.
After cancellation, PREMIUM access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.§6. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, consumers may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason.
Withdrawal requests: hello@edubert.com. Refunds processed within 14 days.§7. Protection of Minors
The Service is designed with children's safety in mind ("privacy by design" and "privacy by default").
Children's data is collected solely for Service functionality and not shared for marketing.
The Parent Panel is PIN-protected. The Service displays no advertisements.
No personal data is collected from children beyond the name provided by the parent.§8. Intellectual Property
All content is the property of the Service Provider and protected by copyright. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
§9. Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for temporary outages, force majeure, or misuse. The Service is educational and supplementary.
§10. Complaints
Complaints: hello@edubert.com. Response within 14 business days. EU ODR: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
§11. Changes to Terms
Changes communicated via email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
§12. Final Provisions
Governing law: Polish law. Disputes resolved by the competent court, subject to consumer protection provisions.
